INSPIRATION

When I created Maison Honoré du Faubourg, my main aim was to offer an elegant non-alcoholic sparkling beverage. A concept that would provide a discerning alternative to any alcoholic drink and also to all sodas.

With a winemaker friend, I took my inspiration from an old grape juice recipe to develop both Cuvée 1688 Grand Rosé and 1688 Grand Blanc.

Thereafter, I developed the Paris’16, a new sparkling beverage with a modern and innovative concept.

Produced by Maison Honoré du Faubourg, I have combined my skills and expertise to give the 1688 and Paris’16 Cuvées a powerful aroma.

Made from a blend of grapes, my Cuvées contain 100% natural ingredients which combine a delicate alliance of grape must and natural flavor. This exclusive creation stands out for its fine bubbles and its extraordinary freshness. 

The unique manufacturing process is inspired by a traditional method enabling the release of the grapes floral and fruity flavors with no fermentation.

Passionate, skillful and experienced, each stage of the production is carefully followed-up from the meticulous selection of the grapes and of the ingredients to the bottling in order to ensure constant quality in the production.

It is this constant search of perfection that has allowed me to produce 1688 Grand Rosé, 1688 Grand Blanc and Paris’16.
